Quick Shifts

Creating Quick Shifts is a simple and easy way to put shifts up on the schedule quickly. This can be done using the Quick Shifts tool. Follow the instructions below to create quick shifts.

  1. After navigating to the Scheduling Dashboard from main page through Menu>Scheduling>Scheduling Dashboard, the Quick Shifts panel will be on the right side of the schedule
  2. The various fields within the Quick Shifts form must be filled out. There are several required fields including Caregiver, Begin Time, End Time, Fee and Wage.
  3. The optional fields that add more detail to the shift may be filled out if deemed necessary
  4. When all of the necessary fields are filled out , drag the shift onto the schedule from the bottom of the Quick Shifts Form
Your shift will now appear on the schedule.

NOTE: The caregiver and client need to have the fee and wage you are wanting to assign in their profile to schedule.
