Medical Information

Personal Profiles should be updated to reflect the changes in a caregiver’s life. Editing the Medical Profile section is necessary when your medical information changes. Follow the steps below to change your medical information.


1. From the Homepage, scroll down to Tools and Forms, click Personal.


2. Select the pad/pencil option the right of the Personal Profile section. If you are editing an already existing personal profile you will click a pencil to edit. 
 
3. Scroll down to the Medical Profile section and make any required changes.
 
4. When the necessary changes are complete, click Save.

NOTE: You can change your medical information as many times as necessary; however, always make sure it is honest, current, and accurate.
