Update and Delete Caregiver Availability

To enter or update your availability in Aaniie, follow the steps below:

Caregiver options:

Full site:

1. Access the dashboard via selecting the Aaniie logo in the top left of the screen. 

2. Select the Schedule icon.

3. On the left side of the page, locate the box labeled Availability. Within this box, indicate availability to be scheduled for all or partial day using the first dropdown.

4. Add any notes if needed as to your availability. If it's a partial day input your hours you are available to work that day. Select the drag to add and drag on that day. 

5. Your availability will now show in the calendar on the My Schedule page. To delete availability for a particular day, simply click the availability in the calendar, select Delete Availability. This will prompt a box to pop-up asking if you are sure, select Delete Availability, and your selected availability will disappear from your calendar. To edit, delete the availability that is no longer correct, create the correct availability using the steps above, and drag and drop into the calendar.

NOTE: When you create availability the managers or admins assigned to the Email Notifications will receive an email you have inputting availability. 

Mobile App:

1. Select Schedule in the drop down menu to the left.

2. Select the plus option in the top right corner, and select availability. 


3. Select Availability to input an availability date. 

4. Fill out the required information regarding the availability, click the save disc option on the top right of the form. 

5. Your availability will now show in the calendar on the My Schedule page.

6. To delete availability for a particular day, simply find the availability within calendar and hold down and swipe to the right. You will see the pink garbage can to delete. 

NOTE: When you create availability the managers or admins assigned to the Email Notifications will receive an email you have inputting availability. 

Scheduler/Admin Options:

1. Access the Scheduling Dashboard. Access the Staff view. 

2. Select Availability in the Client dropdown.

3. Fill out the hours for availability. Drag the availability over to that caregiver's schedule. 


4. To delete availability:

Click the availability and select delete availability.

 
Select availability and click and drag shift and drop on garbage can option on the top right of the screen. 


Via the utility drawer and bulk actions select the Delete Caregiver Availability form. Fill out with required information. Click proceed to complete.
