If you update the client's fees or caregiver's wages, you may need to refresh the already scheduled shifts so reflect the new fees/wages. Follow the steps below to see how.
1. Once you have updated the fees/wages under the client/caregiver profile, go into the scheduling dashboard by clicking Menu > Scheduling > Scheduling Dashboard.
2. In the scheduling dashboard click on the bulk action icon and select Bulk Actions.
3. A form will open up at the top of the schedule, in the Action drop-down select either Reset fees or Reset Wages.
4. In this bulk action form, select the client/caregiver that has updated fees/wages.
5. Select the date range, start date being the day the changes take effect and the end date being how far you have schedule shifts to.
6. Leave all other fields as Any and click Proceed.
7. The system will pop up with a message explaining all shifts matching your specifications will be reset to clients fees or staff's wages to the current rate set on Client Management. Click Confirm to proceed and change the amounts, click Nevermind to cancel.
8. The system will look at the changes under profiles, and reset those fees. A pop-up will display in the bottom right of the scheduling dashboard showing how many shifts were successfully updated.
The new fees/wages have been updated and should be reflected on the shift.
