The Bulk Actions form allows for the user to do a wide variety of actions to items within the scheduling calendar. From the scheduling dashboard, click on the Utility Drawer to open a drop down menu. Select Bulk Action, which will lead you to the Bulk Action form. The top box allows you to select an action, which is then followed by a series of criteria you can use to select which items you want to apply the action too. After you have made your selections as to which action you are carrying out and which criteria will be used to select which items it is applied to, click the green Proceed button in the bottom left to confirm whether or not you would like to continue with this action. This will pull up a pop up that asks whether or not you would like to confirm your bulk action. If you are prepared to confirm it and make the change then click the Confirm button at the bottom of the pop up. If you would still like to make changes to your action, click the button labelled Nevermind at the bottom of the pop up and redo the necessary fields. Note: Remember that if you carry out a bulk action it cannot be undone.
- Menu>Scheduling>Scheduling Dashboard
- Select Utility Drawer Option
- Select the Bulk Actions form from the list.
- Select which form you would like to use to create a bulk action to the schedule.
- Fill out the required fields with the red asterisk or more, if needed.
- When completed click Proceed to submit the form.
- Click Confirm to complete or Nevermind to cancel.
- You will see a box pop up in the bottom right corner explaining how many shifts were changed from the form submitted.
Note: Remember that if you carry out a bulk action it cannot be undone.
