Create and Edit Staff Tags
To add staff tags in SMARTcare, follow the steps below:
1. Using the SMARTcare dropdown at the top right of the screen, select Menu>Staff>Staff Tags
2. To create a new tag, click the pencil/pad button. When you over over this button it will say Create Tag.
3. Type the name of the tag in the Tag field.
4. When finished, click Save.
5. You will see the newly created Staff Tag in the list below.
To edit/update staff tags in SMARTcare, follow the steps below:
1. Using the SMARTcare dropdown at the top right of the screen, select Menu>Staff> Staff Tags
2. Select the pencil option to the right of the Staff Tag you would like to edit.
3. Makes changes to the Staff Tag in the Tag field.
4. Once completed, click Save.
5. Now your Staff Tag will be listed below with the changes you have made.
NOTE: If this newly edited Staff Tag is already listed in a staff member's profile that tag will be updated with any changes you have made in this process automatically.
