Reset Wages/Reset Fees vs. Change Wage Type/Change Fee Type
In the utility drawer option in scheduling dashboard under Bulk Action:
- Reset Wages/Reset Fees
- Used when you need to update a current fee or wage to match a changed Wage or Fee in a Staff or Clients profile.
- Example: They have gone into the Staff or Clients profile and changed Hourly B wage or fee from 15.00 to 17.00 because they got a raise or increase of a fee. They then have to reflect this change on already scheduled shifts in the Scheduling Dashboard.
Note: When filling out form for this action the first date and last date should be the same date. This will then allow all shifts to be updated with new fee or wage.
- Change Wage Type/Change Fee Type
- Used when have created a new Wage or Fee or need to change the current assigned Wage or Fee on a scheduled shift.
- Example Wages: Staff needs to be paid Hourly C amount instead of already scheduled Hourly A amount.
- Example Fees: Client needs to be charged Hourly C amount instead of Hourly A amount for an already scheduled shift because it’s an overnight shift.
