Create Manager Activities

Manager Activities are activities carried out by managers that deal with administrative needs. This could be anything from working on invoices to meeting with a specific client about an issue they are having with a caregiver. To create these manager activities, follow the instructions below.


1. Navigate to the Scheduling Dashboard through Menu>Scheduling>Scheduling Dashboard.
2. Open the Utility Drawer and select Create Manager Activities. This will open the Manager Activities form.

3. Select the manager you are scheduling the activity for and fill out the rest of the fields. Like with scheduling shifts, you can make these activities consecutive and recurring. Fill out the rest of the fields. Make sure to include detailed notes about the task to ensure it is done properly.



4. At the bottom of the form, there is an option to send emails to various people about the activity. You can select To Manager Involved, To Managers (select from list), or To Others (manually enter emails).


5. When all fields are complete, click Save to save the activity to the schedule.
6. Both caregivers and managers should be able to see manager activities on the schedule.
