Create/Edit Punchcards

If you need to create/edit punchcard of your caregiver, follow the steps below:

1. In the Scheduling Dashboard, which is under Menu > Scheduling > Scheduling Dashboard, find the shift that needs a punchcard created.
2. Click on the shift and select Create Punchcard.

3. The system will automatically create the punchcard for what the shift is scheduled for, i.e. if the shift is scheduled to start 8a, the punchcard would punch in the caregiver at 8a.
4. If the shift is currently being worked, the system will just create the punch in time, and will require the punch-out time.
5. To edit the punchcard, or to create a punch-out time, click on the shift and select Edit Punchcard.
6. Above the schedule you will see a form you can fill out, there is a text field to edit the punch-in or to create a punch-out.

7. Click Save when completed. The punchcard will not be edited with the In Time or Out Time you changed.
