In this dashboard you can view any shifts that have issues that may need to be addressed with your caregivers.
Navigating the dashboard search options
Date - Select the date you would like to problem shifts
Client Tags - The ability to search out problem shifts associated with a client tag on a selected date. This would be helpful when there are many shifts on one day.
Show Acknowledged Problems - Check the box if you would like to see shifts problems that have already been acknowledged.
Include Inactive Clients - Option to include inactive clients and their problem shifts.
Options after inputting a date and search criteria
Filter Results - You can search for a particular client or staff or type of issue (late, early, AWOL, etc) by typing in the filter results area. You have the ability to hover over the client to show their phone number as well.
“+” - Click the plus side the left of a shift to see the problems to address.
Location pin - Easily see the GEO locations for the shift by selecting the pin.
Pencil - Add or view the Management notes on the shift by selecting the pencil.
View on dashboard - When selected the meter icon allows you to access that exact shift in the scheduling dashboard to correct or contact the caregiver.
Problem Options - select the plus sign to the left of the shift and will have a list of the current problems.
Those problems can include:
Arrived Late - clocked in late to a shift.
Arrived Early - clocked in early.
Left Late - clocked out late from a shift.
Left Early - clocked out early.
NOTE: For above problems amount of time to trigger this is associated with the punch grace period time Scheduling site setting found in Menu>Settings>Site Settings
Overserved - the shift is longer than scheduled. This will occur when a shift is 15 or more longer than scheduled.
Underserved - the shift is not as long as scheduled. This will occur when a shift is 15 or more minutes shorter than scheduled.
AWOL - not clocked into shift.
Outside Range of Shift - clocked in outside of GEO location range to shift.
Missing Required Tasks - required tasks not completed on shift.
System Clock Out - If the shift was clocked out by the system.
Acknowledging a Problem - After addressing a problem with the caregiver shown under the actions you can select the check mark. This will remove the problem from the actions section unless searching acknowledged problems in the search options. As well as see who and when the problem was acknowledged.
NOTE: Click the Search button to refresh the report to see any update to acknowledged problems.
