Manage Reward Triggers

Triggers are the actions that will tell SMARTcare which shift qualities will add points to a Caregiver and how many points each shift quality is worth. To manage those Reward Triggers follow the below steps:


1. Navigate to the Rewards section found under Menu>Staff>Caregiver Rewards.
2. To create a new Trigger, click on the pen/pad icon on the Triggers field. 


3. To edit an existing Trigger click on the Triggers field and select the pencil option under the actions section. 
 
4. Select a new Trigger or Edit the Trigger, point value, and description. Click Save when complete. 

5. You also have the option to make a trigger Inactive by selecting the Inactive option within the edit options.
