Manage Reward Status Levels

Status levels are the different levels Caregivers can achieve. They define the percent multiplier your Caregivers will receive per level up. To manage those Status Levels follow the below steps:


1. Navigate to Menu>Staff > Caregiver Rewards. Click on the Status Levels section. 
2. Status Levels are preloaded, but you can edit them to best fit your agency by clicking the orange pencil icon on the right side.


3. There you can edit the Name, Color, Multiplier, Annual Points, Lifetime Points, Icon, and Description for that Status Level. Click, Save to complete.
