Manage Reward Redemptions

Use the Reward Redemption section to track Caregiver Redemptions and mark when you pay them out the reward requested. 


1. After you receive an email that a staff member has redeemed points for a reward. Accessing the Caregiver rewards, navigate Menu>Staff>Caregiver Rewards. 
2. Click on Reward Redemptions
3. An empty checkbox under Processed means the reward has not been processed on the manager’s end.
 
4. To manage rewards redeemed, click the box under the processed section to confirm. A pop-up box will appear to process redemption. Smartcare recommends you note how the gift was sent or received. Click Confirm when complete. 
 

5. Once confirmed, you will see that redemption at the top of the list and the processed box checked. If you hover over the processed area you will see when and who processed the redemption. NOTE: It will eventually fall the bottom of the list and all of the list after a short time.
