Create and Edit Experience Profile

All caregivers must have an experience profile within the Aaniie system. This profile contains information about your work experience in the care industry, including what kind of individual behaviors you have worked with, what kind of home services you have provided in the past, and your experience with medical care. To create and edit this profile, follow the instructions below.


1. From the Aaniie homepage, navigate to the Tools & Forms section by scrolling to the bottom of the page, then click on the Personal bar to expand it.
2. Scroll down to the Experience Profile and click on the pencil/pad option within the bar to create your Experience profile. Once created if the caregiver edit's there will be a pencil option to edit. 


3. Fill out all of the forms, including Behavior Profile, Home Services Profile, and the Care Experience Profile. 
4. When the forms are filled out, click Save. Your Experience Profile is now complete.
5. Admins have the option to create and edit for staff as well. The Experience profile is found in Menu>Staff>Staff Management, click the staff's members profile picture. In their profile select Staff Profiles, and scroll to Experience Profile


Tip: Often caregivers will have changes in their work experience. To update your work experience forms within the system, repeat the above instructions and save your changes. Make sure that your experience is always current, honest, and accurate.
