Create an Applicant Pipeline
Applicant Management allows you to create and customize an applicant pipeline for your organization. This lets you quickly manage applicants as they move through your hiring process. To create an applicant pipeline follow directions below:
1. Navigate to the Applicant Management section Menu>Staff>Applicant Management.
2. Select the Dashboard view to see stages. To switch view, select Dashboard.
3. Select Edit Stages. This opens the Edit Stages dashboard.
4. There you can edit the stage names and descriptions. Note: The Default option is for indicating the stage your applicants will enter once they fill out their application.
5. Click Save Changes when complete.
6. The applicant management pipeline is configurable to match your organization's hiring process. Consider ways that you can optimize your pipeline.
