How To Print An Empty (Or Blank) Form
A Form that has already been created or used for a Client can be printed using the Print PDF function from within Smartcare. However it is not directly possible to print an empty/not filled out copy of a form. Instead, a blank/not filled out copy of a form can be printed using a web browser.
To do this using Chrome:
Open the form as if it were going to be filled out on a client.
Before putting in any of the information into the Form, click and drag to highlight the entire Form. Do not highlight the Save and Cancel buttons, but verify all Form fields have been highlighted.
Right-click the highlighted information and click Print
Verify the Preview has just the highlighted information. If it doesn’t, click cancel and retry.
Choose Save as PDF or Print to PDF (depending on browser and operating system) and click the save/print (again, depending) button.
This will create a PDF file that can then be printed in the normal way.
