Adding Alternate Addresses

When a client has a Alternate Address you would want to add the address in their profile and then update any scheduled shifts in the scheduling dashboard. Follow the directions below:

1. Access the client's profile found under Menu>Clients>Client Management
2. Click on the client's profile picture to access their profile and select the Client Managers section.
3. Select Alternate Addresses, click the Create Address to the right.

4. Fill out the Address Label (even though it does not show required it's required), Address Type, Address fields. If you are needing to disable or enable a already entered Alternate Address select Status field to disable or enable. Click Save when complete. 

5. Now once the address is adding in the client's profile to update this on the Schedule for any already scheduled shifts. Access the Scheduling Dashboard Menu>Scheduling>Scheduling Dashboard.
6. Find the shift in question and click on the shift and select Edit Address.

7. Once select you screen will have a form option open at the top of the scheduling dashboard. Select the address you want associated with this shift in the Shift Address field. Click Save when complete. 


8. Now that address will be assigned for that particular shift. 
NOTE: When creating shifts if you have added the Alternate Address you can choose that address in the Create Shifts form.
