If you would like to send an agency form to a Client Lead to fill out then be visible in their profile. This feature allows that lead the option without signing into the software, and then will populate the filled out form in the site.
Step 1
Contact support via email (support.aaniie.com) or phone (715-227-3768 Monday-Friday 8 am - 6 pm Central time). Let them know which agency form you would like visible for Client Leads.
Once that has been updated by support follow below steps to utilize this feature:

Access the Client Leads profile
Menu>Clients>Client Leads
Click the communication log icon in the actions area to the right of the client lead.
This will take you into their profile and you will see the Agency Forms section. Select Agency Forms and the forms support had allowed access will appear below.
Select the link option for the form you would like for the lead to fill out. This will Generate a gateway URL.
Click the URL address, this will copy it automatically to paste in an email to the client lead to fill out.
NOTE: URL link expires in 72 hours for the Client Lead to be sent.
Send the URL link to the client lead via email or message. That client lead would then paste the URL in a internet browser to complete.
Once the client lead has filled out the form they would select Save to continue. After saved they have the option to Download the PDF for their records.
This will allow them to see the information they filled out on the form.
To view, visit the client lead's profile and their communication log. Select Agency Forms and that form. You will see the completed form from the Client Lead. Where you can view, print, and download the PDF.
