Exempt Client From Geolocation Perimeter

Exempt Client From Geolocation Perimeter

This would be helpful if you have a Client that staff may clock in for Office or Admin duties. If your GEO location perimeter is required to be within a certain distance this may cause issues for staff at clock in. You can now exempt those clients so the staff can clock in from any address without issues. This will keep the GEO location perimeter required for all other clients.

If you are wanting to Exempt a Client from the Geolocation Perimeter follow step below:

1. Verify in the site settings you have a requirement for Geolocation Perimeter selected.
NOTE: If it's not selected, the staff can clock in from any address and this will not be an issue.

Menu>Setting>Site Settings - Scheduling

2. Next access the client's profile you would like to make Exempt from Geolocation perimeter.
Menu>Clients>Client Management

Access the client's profile and under priority info select the pencil next to the filed titled, Exempt From Geolocation Perimeter.

3. Click, Confirm

4. Now, it will show that client is Exempt so the staff can clock in anywhere without any distance issues.

NOTE: This is intended for Office Duties or Admin Duties. If the address needs to be within a certain distance for EVV or other reasons keep this in mind.
