Offline Mode

Note: Offline mode must first be enabled by Smartcare Support. If it is not enabled, please email <support@smartcaresoftware.com>

Once enabled, offline mode lets caregivers continue to use their applications when there is no internet service available. Shift data such as location, punchcard times, tasks, notes, reimbursements, and signatures will automatically upload to the Scheduling Dashboard after the app reconnects to the internet. This will appear as a normal shift.
