Offline Mode allows caregivers to continue using the Aaniie mobile application when internet service is unavailable. When Offline Mode is enabled, caregivers can continue documenting care and completing shift activities without an active internet connection. Once internet connectivity is restored, the information automatically synchronizes back to Aaniie.
Offline Mode helps ensure continuity of care and documentation even when caregivers are working in areas with poor cellular service or temporary internet outages.
Offline Mode is not enabled automatically.
Before it can be used, the feature must first be enabled for your agency.
If Offline Mode is not currently available, contact Aaniie Support for assistance.
