Client Representative Password Reset
To initiate a password reset for a client representative, go to Menu/Clients/Representative Management and find the client representative whose password you want to reset.
On their listing, click on the + to the left of their name and picture to expand their quick details.
On the Password Reset line, click the key icon.
Click Send Reset Email to send an email to the client representative with a link in it that they can click on to change their password.
