To set up a client representative:
1. Go to Menu/Clients/Representative Management
2. In the Representative Management section, click on the silhouette with the + icon towards the top right
3. Fill out all of the required fields and click “Register” to create the representative
Once you have created the representative, you will assign which client they are representing:
1. Go to (or stay in) Menu/Clients/Representative Management
2. Click on the picture (or “no photo” picture) for the representative
3. Click on “Client Setup”
4. On the “Client/Representative Attachments” line, click the paper and pencil icon on the right
5. Select the client they are representing from the Client dropdown box
6. Click “Save”
From there, you can determine what exactly they have access to see and do:
1. Go to (or stay in) Menu/Clients/Representative Management
2. Click on the picture (or “no photo” picture) for the representative
3. Click on “Client Setup”
4. On the “Permissions” line, click the paper and pencil icon on the right
5. Select the client they are representing from the Client dropdown box
6. In the Permissions section, you can see all of the different things that client representatives are able to see and do
7. Check each item that you want the client representative to be able see and do
8. Click “Save”
