Permission for Client Representatives, to view and download client invoices on their portal access without needing payer priority status. Representatives can only download invoices with no other actions permitted.
How to enable the option in Client Representatives profile:
1. Access Menu>Clients>Representative Management. Make sure the client is attached to the representative.
2. In the Client Representatives profile, select the Client Setup section. You can attach a client if not already done in the Client/Representative Attachments section. In the Permissions section choose the client, then what you would like the rep to have access to in their login.
3. Those options will then save under the Permissions section to view or edit if needed.
4. Once the Client Representative logs in to their portal they will select the client who invoices they would like to view. Enter a date range for the invoices, and click the right arrow. The invoices will populate below and you can click the Adobe icon to view or print the invoice.
5. The invoice will be made out to the client and only viewable to the Representative.
