Client Password Reset

Client Password Reset

To reset a client's password, go to Menu/Clients/Client Management and find the client whose password you want to reset. 

On their listing, click on the picture to the left of their name to go into their profile.

Click Priority Info to open up that section.

Hover over the password field and click on the pencil icon that appears.

Enter the new password in the Password field and then again in the Confirm Password field and click "Save".
