The Family Mobile App helps you stay connected with your care team and loved one from anywhere. Using the app, you can view schedules, communicate with your agency, access important documents, view memories, and more.
Aaniie was rebranded in 2023 and was previously known as SmartCare Software. The mobile app may still appear as The SMARTcare App in your device's app store.
Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for The SMARTcare App.
Download and install the application.
When your account is created, you will receive a Welcome Email from your agency.
Open the email.
Select the password setup or password reset link.
Create your password.
Return to the SMARTcare App.
Open the SMARTcare App.
Allow notifications when prompted.
Enter our Agency Portal: [add your agency portal name here]
Enter your Username or Email Address.
Select Save.
Enter your Password.
Select Sign In.
Tip: If you receive an error message, double-check your portal name, username, and password before trying again.
Once logged in, you will have access to various features.
The Schedule section allows you to view upcoming caregiver visits and service appointments.
You can:
View upcoming scheduled visits
See caregiver assignments
Review visit dates and times
Stay informed about your care schedule
The Open Shifts section allows you to view visits that are currently available for assignment.
You may be able to:
See unfilled visits
Review available dates and times
Request coverage when enabled by your agency
The Messages section allows you to communicate directly with your agency.
You can:
Receive updates from agency staff
Send messages to your care team
Respond to agency communications
You’ll also receive a push notification when a message has been sent to you.
The Memories section allows you to view and share special moments.
You can:
View photos uploaded by caregivers
Upload photos to share with your care team
Stay connected with your loved one's daily activities
The Caregiver Rating feature allows you to provide feedback regarding your care experience.
You can:
Rate completed visits
Share feedback about caregivers
Help your agency maintain high-quality care
The Documents section provides access to files shared by your agency.
You may be able to:
View important care documents
Access service agreements
Review assessments and care plans
Download shared files
To ensure you receive important updates, we recommend enabling notifications for the SMARTcare App.
