To create a new client lead in SMARTcare, follow the steps below:
1. Using the SMARTcare dropdown at the top right of the screen, click Menu>Clients>Client Leads
2. There are two types of views you can choose from in Client Leads. The table view and dashboard view. Below are screenshots of each view and how to add a client lead.
Table View: - Select the Add Lead icon below the Search Leads section.
Dashboard View: - Select the Add Lead icon below the Labels section to add client lead.
3. Once selected in each section, at bare minimum, fill in the required fields as indicated by a red * or a red underline. Click Save when done.
4. Your new lead will now appear in the Client Leads list.
