Assign Client Lead

To assign a client lead to a staff member in SMARTcare, follow the steps below:

  1. Using the SMARTcare dropdown at the top right of the screen, hover over Clients.
  2. Within the Clients dropdown, select Client Leads.

    1. If the client lead you are assigning is a new client:

      1. Click the on the left hand side of the screen below the search leads box. When you hover over this button it will say Add Lead.
      2. Scroll down to the section labeled Contact Schedule
      3. Locate and click the Assigned to Lead field on the right hand side of the screen to open the dropdown.  
      4. Select the staff member you would like to assign the lead to.
      5. Scroll to the end of the lead information, and select the Save button below the Service Information section.

      If the client lead you are assigning is a current lead:

      1. Click to the right of the client lead’s entry in the table. When you hover over this button it will say Edit Lead.
      2. With the lead information open, scroll down to the section labeled Contact Schedule.
      3. Locate and click the Assigned to Lead field to open the dropdown.
      4. Select the staff member you would like to assign the lead to.
      5. Scroll to the end of the lead information, and select the Save button below the Service Information section.
