Overview

Your agency address is used throughout Aaniie for billing, payroll, claims, reporting, and other system functions. It is important to ensure that your agency address information is accurate and that a valid 9-digit ZIP code (ZIP+4) is entered where required.

This tip sheet explains how to review and update your agency address information within Site Settings.


Accessing Site Settings

Navigate to:

Menu → Settings → Site Settings

Within Site Settings, there are two areas where agency address information should be reviewed.


Company Contact Information

The first location to review is the Company Contact Information section.

Information Available

This section contains your agency's:

  • Company Name

  • Address

  • City

  • State

  • ZIP Code

  • Contact Information

Updating Information

  1. Review the existing information.

  2. Make any necessary changes.

  3. Verify the address is correct.

When finished, click:

Save Contact Info

to save your updates.


Pay-To Information

The second location to review is the Pay-To Information section.

Information to Verify

Review the following:

  • Address

  • City

  • State

  • ZIP Code

Important

The ZIP Code in the Pay-To Information section should be entered as a 9-digit ZIP Code (ZIP+4).

Standard ZIP Code:

31210

ZIP+4 Format:

31210-1234


Why the ZIP+4 Is Important

Certain processes require a complete 9-digit ZIP Code, including:

  • Claims processing

  • Billing functions

  • Payroll reporting

  • Tax reporting

  • Third-party integrations

Using the complete ZIP+4 helps ensure accurate address validation and processing.


Finding Your ZIP+4 Code

If you do not know your 9-digit ZIP Code, you can look it up through the United States Postal Service.

USPS ZIP Code Lookup

Navigate to the USPS ZIP Code Lookup tool and search by address.

Steps

  1. Select Find by Address.

  2. Enter your street address.

  3. Click Find.

  4. Review the ZIP+4 information returned by USPS.

The results will display the full 9-digit ZIP Code associated with your address.


Verifying Your Information

After updating both sections:

Company Contact Information

Verify:

  • Address is correct

  • City is correct

  • State is correct

  • Contact information is current

Pay-To Information

Verify:

  • Address is correct

  • City is correct

  • State is correct

  • ZIP+4 has been entered


Common Reasons to Update Agency Information

Office Relocation

Update the address whenever the agency moves to a new location.

Update the Pay-To address if payments should be sent elsewhere.
