Overview
Aaniie includes a comprehensive library of standard forms designed to help agencies document care, maintain compliance, improve communication, and organize client information.
These forms support client care, caregiver documentation, assessments, scheduling, billing, quality assurance, and agency operations. While Aaniie offers a wide variety of standard forms, agencies can customize which forms are available to their staff based on their workflow and documentation requirements.
Not every agency uses every form available in Aaniie. If there are forms your agency does not plan to use, you can easily disable them so they no longer appear throughout the platform.
Menu → Settings → Site Settings → Client Forms
From the Client Forms page, you can:
Enable forms your agency wants to use
Disable forms your agency does not need
Customize the documentation experience for your staff
Reduce unnecessary forms and simplify caregiver documentation
Tip: During implementation, we recommend reviewing your enabled forms to ensure your caregivers and office staff only see the documentation your agency requires.
Every agency operates differently, and your documentation requirements may be unique.
If your agency uses a form that is not currently available in Aaniie, we're here to help.
Simply contact support@aaniie.com with your existing form or documentation requirements. Our team will review your request and, in many cases, can create a custom electronic form within Aaniie that fits your agency's workflow.
Common examples include:
Agency-specific assessments

Note: Custom form requests are reviewed individually and may vary in complexity depending on the requested functionality.
