Update and View Client Profile

Every client in the SmartCare system has a client profile attached to them. To view and update these client profiles, follow the instructions below.
Make sure that every section is accurate and up to date. Along with pinning each client's location for best GPS perimeter clock in and clocks out. 

1. Navigate to the Client Management section of the site through either the quicklink on the main page or through Menu>Clients>Client Management.
2. On the Client Management page, click the profile picture of the client whose profile you want to update. This opens their client profile.
3. There are multiple profile sections to the right of each section. Click on the section titles or click the Toggle Section Visibility option on the right side to view each section in its entirety. 
      
NOTE: If you would like that section to open automatically when you visit that client's profile select the disc save option when that visibility is opened. 

4. You can edit sections and fields that have a yellow or blue pencil icon. Click on the pencil icon to edit a section, and save your changes by clicking the green Save button if needed.
NOTE: Some edit changes will not require a save and will automatic once selected or deselected from user. 

5. When in the Priority Info section there is a search option to find certain fields faster. To search, type in words of the field you are looking for fast and it will jump to that field to edit or update.
