The Lock Availability is a tool within the Utility Drawer that lets you prevent caregivers from changing their availability on certain days prior to a selected date. To learn more about using this function, follow the instructions below.
1. Navigate to the Scheduling Dashboard through either the quicklink on the main page or through Menu>Schedule>Scheduling Dashboard.
2. Open the Utility Drawer and click Lock Availability.
3. Click on the date field and select a date. Whichever date you choose on the calendar, all prior days will have availability locked, so caregivers cannot edit their availability on those days. Click save to confirm.
4. Once selected, a pop up will appear confirming your date selection.
NOTE: To unlock the lock availability follow same steps, but put a past date in allowing any future dates to be editing by staff.
