Navigation of Scheduling Dashboard

There are several key features for navigating the scheduling dashboard. Looking at the staff calendar view of the scheduling dashboard, there are several icons above the quick shifts panel that are necessary for navigating the dashboard. The right most refresh circle icon allows you to refresh the current month and see if any updates or changes have been made to the schedule. The left and right arrows can be used to navigate towards the schedules of other weeks. The arrow facing right will bring up the schedule for the week that is next after the week you are currently viewing, and the left arrow will bring up the schedule for the previous week from the one you are currently viewing. To return to the current week's schedule, click on the pin that is in between both of these arrows. The tool icon to the left of the arrows and pin will allow you to access a wide variety of tools that can perform a wide variety of tasks, including showing and hiding various characteristics of shifts and creating and showing various elements related to billing and availability. The leftmost menu above the Quick Shifts panel will allow you to toggle what is visible on the schedule. You can view the schedule showing the scheduled shifts based on client by selecting the Clients option and view shifts based on a schedule for each individual staff member by selecting Staff. The third option, Monthly, allows for you to see all of the shifts that are scheduled for the entire month. This can be toggled in terms of months like the other options are toggled in terms of weeks. On the top of the calendar there are several menu buttons and menus available to navigate through the schedule. The leftmost menu allows you to toggle between viewing the schedule showing the scheduled shifts based on client by selecting the Clients option and viewing shifts based on a schedule for each individual staff member by selecting Staff. The action menu allows the user to show and hide various elements within the schedule. The search bar allows you to search for clients and staff members, depending on which one is selected in the leftmost menu. You are able to search for one or multiple. The X button next to it allows you to clear the selected people you are searching for. The filter group button next to this allows you to filter the schedule to only show various caregiver groups. The tag button lets you search through the schedule by various tags, such as PCA and RN. The plus person button allows you to toggle between shifts that have been filled and ones that are still open and in need of a caregiver. Only open shifts or shifts that have already been filled can be shown at a time. Toggling to client requests only can be achieved by clicking on the suitcase button. The box button to the right of this allows for users to toggle between scheduled shifts and ones that have already been cancelled. The final button in this line up is a right facing arrow that when clicked applies filters to the schedule.
