Adding a Surveyor into the system to allow them to see specific attached clients is an option for auditors to only see certain information.
Access Menu>Clients>Representative Management. Select the Register New Surveyor option.
Enter the Surveyor information needed and attach the clients you would like to give them access to when they login.
An email will go out to that email address with the credentials and link to the website for them to access. You can also send a password reset if needed via clicking the plus + to the left of their profile picture. Then clicking the key to send the password reset email.
Within the Client Representative page you set the Surveyor Access Defaults. This is the option you will give to the surveyor as to what they can access when switched into the clients that are attached.
Once the surveyor logs in they will be brought into their main login section. They can switch between attached clients in the drop down menu.
NOTE: If given the permissions to see billing invoices those will be listed in the Surveyors profile section and only show if the Surveyor (or Client Representative) is responsible for the billing. If they are not, the invoices will not carry over even if the permission is selected.
Once the client in question is selected you can view the default permissions they have been given. Including any agency forms, Client Representatives have access.
Simply select whichever options you would like to view and review if needed within that access.
