Here is some help on how to make Client Files accessible to clients and how clients can view these documents.
Making Client Files Accessible to Clients
When uploading a document to client Files, select 'Client' in the File Access field before Uploading Files.
For a document that has already been uploaded, make sure "Client" is listed under File Access. If it is not, click the eye icon on the right to make the file Visible to Client.
How Clients Can Access the File(s)
Via Browser
When the client logs in to the client portal, there will be a 'Resources' section on the My Aaniie Care page. Click this header and another 'My Files' menu will appear.
Click 'My Files' and the uploaded files the client has access to should appear.
Via Mobile App
Clients can also access these files via mobile app. After logging into the app and going to the Menu, click 'Docs'.
Here, the uploaded files the client has access to should be visible.
If you are experiencing issues or have any questions regarding clients' access to files, please call support at 715-227-3768 or email us at support@aaniie.com!
