Assigning Scheduled Task & Global Task Based on Staff Tags

You can now add schedule tasks for staff members with specific staff tags. This allows you to input tasks that only a person with this staff tag can see and complete, saving your caregivers time scrolling through tasks.

Scheduled Tasks option:

  1. Under the client profile, go to the Client Managers section and click on Scheduled Tasks. Add a new task a new task or edit a existing task. 
  2. Under Required if Matching Staff Tag or Only Show if Matching Staff Tag, you can select multiple staff tags that can see these tasks. 
  3. If you make the task required for a staff member to complete, then you can specify which staff tag is required. Note* You should select the same tag as who can view the scheduled task if you have one that applies.*
  4. Make sure that your staff has the appropriate staff tags in their staff profile, or they will not be able to see these tasks. Located in Staff's profile Staff>Staff Management Priority Info Section> Tags.

Global Task Option:

  1. Under Clients>Global Tasks. Click on the pencil/pad icon to create a new task. Or click the pencil option under the actions to the right of the task to edit an already existing global task.  
  2. Just like scheduled tasks under client profile, you can specify who can see the task and who the task is required for. 
  3. Click Save to save the options selected.
