Scheduled Tasks Global Assignment through Client Tags
This process was used as a short cut to assign a large amount of tasks to clients from authorizations using Global Tasks instead of individual Scheduled Tasks.
1. Copy names of Tasks from Task Code List creating them as individual “Client Tags”
2. Take task from Task Code List and Create under “Global Tasks”
a. Assign Client Tag with Task Code name to Global Task “Client Tags” Field
b. If client has more than one authorization, select to “only show if matching Shift Tag” and select the appropriate billing code for that task
3. Go into Client Profile > Priority Info and assign the client tag that has the name of the task that should be assigned to that client
