Add Task Codes

If you are needing to add new tasks codes to your system, follow the steps below:


1. Under Menu > Client > Task Codes.
2. Click on  pencil/pad icon to create a new task code.

3. Once the form has opened up, enter a code number. This code number is something you come up with, but cannot be the same as any other code number in the system.
4. Enter in the task description, this is what staff members see when completing tasks so make sure it is enough information for them to complete it.
5. The instructions is another optional area where you can input further information on the task for the staff member. 

6. Once you have entered in all the information you want for the task code, click Save.
7. The task code will be saved in the task code list, and can now be assigned to a client scheduled tasks.
