Process of Enrolling in Aaniie Payroll

If you are interested in signing up for Aaniie Payroll, you can schedule a demo here. Outlined below is the process to expect once you enroll.

Onboarding → First Live Payroll

Below is the simple process your agency will move through to complete payroll setup and run your first payroll in Aaniie.

You will be guided through with applicable training and support throughout the whole process.

Phase 1: Onboarding

Once your order form is signed and payment has been received, then one of our Aaniie Specialists will reach out to you to arrange your initial Onboarding Meeting.

  • You will receive available times to schedule your onboarding meeting with Aaniie and Salsa.

  • You will be provided with a checklist of required items needed to complete the setup.

To keep the process moving smoothly, please ensure:

  • All requested documents and information are available for the meeting

  • The business owner or authorized signer is present to sign payroll documents

If key documents or the authorized signer are unavailable, the onboarding phase is delayed.

Once onboarding is completed, your account moves to Phase 2

Phase 2: KYB Approval (Know Your Business)

After you’ve completed the onboarding requirements, your business will go through a KYB verification process to confirm business identity and compliance.

This approval typically takes 24–72 hours.

It may take longer, depending on whether further documentation is required.

Once approval is complete, we move to Phase 3.

Phase 3: Data Migration (If Applicable)

If the Salsa team is migrating your payroll data, they will complete this during this phase.

This may include:

  • Year-to-date payroll totals

  • Employee records (terminated & active) that were paid in this year.

All employees who have been paid this year (both active and terminated) must be included in the Aaniie system.

If an employee was paid this year, but not in Aaniie, you will need to add these employees to Aaniie for the data migration to successfully complete.

It is important that any employees paid within the year have a staff profile (whether active/inactive)

Phase 4: First Live Payroll

Your first payroll will be run with support from Aaniie and Salsa representatives to ensure everything is configured correctly.

After your first payroll, your team will be ready to run payroll independently.

Phase 5: Ongoing Support
