How to Grant Access to Aaniie Payroll

How to Grant Access to Aaniie Payroll


If you’re an owner, you automatically have access to Aaniie Payroll. 


For admins and accountants roles, in order for them to access Aaniie Payroll, they will need to be added to Aaniie Payroll Access. This setting is set up for the security of the agency. 



To grant access to chosen employees, please follow these steps:


  1. Go to Menu > Settings > Site Settings

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page for the Aaniie Payroll section. 



  1. Here you will see “Payroll Access”, click in the white box and a drop down of names will appear that you can choose to give access to. 

    1. Note: only staff with roles Admin or Accountant will be able to be added. 

  2. Click save in order to save your work.
