Aaniie Payroll Support Hours

Aaniie and Salsa are available during normal business hours. So it is recommended that you process your payroll during this time, in case support is needed. 


When will my account be debited after I submit payroll?

The next business day. This cannot be edited or changed. 

  • To avoid restrictions or delays in processing payroll, please ensure your bank account is properly funded prior to submitting payroll. 


When will my employees receive their funds in their bank account?

There are two types of processing times, so it depends which schedule your agency has been set up for. 

  • 2 - Day Processing: your employees will receive their money 2 days after you submit payroll.

  • 4 - Day Processing: your employees will receive their money 4 days after you submit payroll. 

Your workers will get paid on the pay date you selected, as long as you submit payroll by the cut-off time.

NOTE: There are four deposit schedules, so if you submit later in the evening your workers will get paid later in the day.


Can I process my payroll early?

Yes, you can. Even if you process payroll early, your workers will still get paid on the selected pay date. 


What do I do if I don’t submit my payroll by the cut-off time?

In the event that you did not submit your payroll on time. Then you have two options.

  1. To pay workers on time, it is recommended to process payroll as normal BUT to select ‘Paper Checks’ as the payment method for your workers. After you submit payroll, you will be able to see the NET pay to write the checks for each worker. 

  2. Alternatively, you can change the pay date to a future date that matches your processing time. 

    1. 4-day processing: the pay date needs to be 4 days after the submission date

    2. 2-day processing: the pay date needs to be 2 days after the submission date

Either way you choose, it is important to process the payroll so that your workers NET pay and YTD numbers remain accurate.

Can I cancel a submitted payroll run?

Yes, you can. You have until 10pm EST on the day you submitted payroll to cancel. 

  • If you cancel your payroll, then you will need to run an ‘off-cycle payroll’ with the appropriate pay period dates and workers.

  • There is no fee for cancelling a payroll by the cut-off time.


Is there a fee for running an Off-Cycle Payroll?

No, there is no additional fee for processing an off-cycle payroll. 

  • With Aaniie Payroll, you are able to run unlimited payrolls without additional charges. 


How do I view the status of a processed payroll?

Navigate to the Payroll Dashboard

  • At the bottom of the page you will see the Payroll Run List. 

  • Click on View Details of the associated payroll run you processed, you will see the list of workers paid and whether their payment is complete, in progress or failed. 


Can I get reminders to process payroll?

Yes you can! Navigate to Menu > Settings > Email Notifications

At the bottom of the page you can assign people who you want to receive notifications.
