Staff Article: How to Access Your Paystubs

Overview

With Aaniie Payroll, you can view and download your paystubs directly from your payroll profile.

Important: Payroll features are not currently available through the Aaniie mobile app. To access your paystubs, you will need to log in through a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Step 1: Find Your Agency Portal Name

Before logging in, you'll need your agency's unique portal name.

Option A: Find It in the Aaniie App

  1. Open the Aaniie Care app.
  2. On the sign-in screen, tap the three-line menu icon in the upper-left corner.
  3. This will take you back to the previous screen where your agency portal name is displayed.


Option B: Contact Your Office

If you're unable to locate your portal name, contact your office for assistance.

Step 2: Log In Through a Web Browser

  1. Open a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.
  2. Enter your agency portal URL.

Example:

musicstarshc.smartcaresoftware.com
  1. Enter the same username and password that you use to log into the Aaniie Care app.

Step 3: Access Your Paystubs

Once logged in:

  1. Select the three-bar menu icon.
  2. Click View Paystubs.
  3. Locate the paystub you wish to view.
  4. Choose one of the following options:
    • View Details to open and review the paystub.
    • Download Earnings Statement to save a copy of the paystub to your device.

Need Help?

Your office can assist with:

  • Providing your agency portal name
  • Downloading paystubs on your behalf
  • Emailing copies of your paystubs if needed

Quick Tip

If you can log into the Aaniie Care app, you will typically use the same username and password when accessing your payroll profile through a web browser.
