Punchcard Reimbursable Expenses
Sometimes caregivers will have expenses that the agency will reimburse. To file a claim for your reimbursement while clocking out, follow the steps below.- Navigate to the punchcard to clock out by going to the Menu>Personal>Punchcard.
- Once in Punchcard and clocked in, click on the “Reimbursable Expenses” bar.

- This will open up a menu with a text box and a box to enter in a dollar amount. Briefly explain the reasoning for the expense in the text box and enter in the dollar amount in the box on the right.

- Once both fields are filled out click the green “Save” button and your claim for a reimbursable expense will be filed.
- If you would like to disable this feature this option is found in Menu>Settings>Site Settings Punchcard
Once this is completed you may continue the process of clocking out.
NOTE: The caregiver has the ability to add a Reimbursable Expense up to 24 hours after a shift in their punchcard. If you would like the ability to add an expense up to a week there is a site setting found un the punchcard section.
