Punchcard Reimbursable Expenses

Punchcard Reimbursable Expenses

Sometimes caregivers will have expenses that the agency will reimburse. To file a claim for your reimbursement while clocking out, follow the steps below.
  1. Navigate to the punchcard to clock out by going to the Menu>Personal>Punchcard.
  2. Once in Punchcard and clocked in, click on the “Reimbursable Expenses” bar.
  3. This will open up a menu with a text box and a box to enter in a dollar amount. Briefly explain the reasoning for the expense in the text box and enter in the dollar amount in the box on the right.
  4. Once both fields are filled out click the green “Save” button and your claim for a reimbursable expense will be filed.
  5. If you would like to disable this feature this option is found in Menu>Settings>Site Settings Punchcard

Once this is completed you may continue the process of clocking out.

NOTE: The caregiver has the ability to add a Reimbursable Expense up to 24 hours after a shift in their punchcard. If you would like the ability to add an expense up to a week there is a site setting found un the punchcard section.
