You can add this training video to the caregiver mobile app by:
- Download this video
- Navigate to: Menu > Resources > File Management
- Click on 'My Smartcare'
- Click on 'Caregivers'
- Upload the video
- This video will be available under documents in their mobile app to view
Additionally, you can have them watch the video in their orientation training via other methods.
