Minimum Hourly Caregiver Wage
In Clients' profiles, you can set a Minimum Hourly Caregiver Wage for caregivers that work with a particular client. Here's how:
1) Click the client's profile picture and navigate to the Accounting section.
2) In the Accounting section, select the edit pencil in the Client Fees tab.
3) Enter the desired Minimum Hourly Caregiver Wage that you would like to set for shifts worked with this client.
How this works:
The Minimum Hourly Caregiver Wage will come into effect for any shift scheduled with this client in which the selected wage is less than the Minimum Hourly Caregiver Wage. In the example below, Caregiver Geoffrey earns an hourly rate of $25.
However, Client Hattie has a Minimum Hourly Caregiver Wage in her profile set to $40. When looking at the shift details for the shift with Caregiver Geoffrey and Client Hattie, you'll see that this is the hourly rate the caregiver receives; not his regular $25/hr rate.
