Ability for caregivers to view and edit punches, shift notes, complete tasks, and collect signatures up to 30 days in the past.

Clocking out/in Process - Multiple shift prompts

  1. In the Punchcard section of the app - When the caregiver attempts to clock in to a shift and already clocked into a previous shift they will receive the below message making aware to clock out of previous shift.

  1. Next, simply dismiss this error. Then select the left arrow to go back to the punchcard dates main area.

  1. There they would want to find the previous shift in question to clock out. They have the ability to scroll up to 30 days back to find the shift. Do this by swiping to the left or right on the dates and find the dates with red dots. The dots signify a shift that has not yet been clocked in or out.

  1. Select the day of the shift that needs to be clock out. That will bring the caregiver into the shift in question where they can complete tasks, add notes, gather signatures, and clock out.

NOTE: If needing to complete tasks, or add notes it’s necessary to remove the client’s signature if already previously signed. To do this select the Client Signature and click the minus sign -. You will have to have the client sign again if any new tasks or notes have been completed or added.

  1. When ready to clock out you will be presented with a calendar pop up to choose the true date and time of actual clock out. Scroll through the calendar and time options that meet the date and time of previous true clock out time. Click continue

  1. You may be presented to enter a Late Clock Out - Reason. A reason why you are clocking out past the scheduled end time. After entering, click Save Changes to complete.

  1. After completing that note it will then allow the caregiver to clock out of that old shift and clock into their new shift.
