Change/Update PIN

Changing your PIN/ 4-Digit Security Number in Smartcare is quick and easy, simply follow the steps below:

1. Go to the My Smartcare page by clicking the Smartcare logo in the top left corner of the screen. 

2. Once on the My Smartcare page, click the icon to Change 4-Digit Security Number. 

3. Type in your new 4-Digit Security Number and click Save.
