Aaniie Billing: Active Client Count
For Admin/Accountants:
You are billed for your Aaniie subscription based on the amount of active clients for a given month. If you are ever questioning why you were billed for a certain number of clients, you can run the Active Clients By Month report. Go to Menu > Accounting > Reports > Active Clients by Month to configure this report.
Please Note: If a client is made active at any point during the month, they will be counted towards the Active Client count and you will be billed accordingly. To be clear, they do not need to be active for the entirety of the month nor the majority of the month to be included in the count.
