TruDiligence Integration


Setting up and using the TruDiligence integration within your site.

TruDiligence Integration Setup

  • Contact Support to Enable in Site Settings: An Aaniie Support team member will enable TruDiligence in your site settings. Email at support@aaniie.com

  • Choose Background Check Packages: An Aaniie Support team member will select background check packages, which determine the options available in dropdown menus throughout the system.

  • Access Points: TruDiligence can be accessed in the staff management, applicant leads, or registered applicant sections. From these locations, you can manage, view, and create new orders.

Menu>Staff>Applicant Management, access registered or lead in the actions to the right of their name.

Staff Management View

Menu>Staff>Staff Management, access their profile found listed under TruDiligence section.


Accessing and Using True Diligence

  • Manage Orders: Access TruDiligence in registered applicant and applicant lead sections as well as Staff Management. This opens a window where you can view existing orders, add notes, or create orders.

  • View Order Details: A dedicated link is provided to view order details, which can be in PDF or HTML file formats.

  • Discover TruDiligence: You can find TruDiligence through the marketplace
