Pay/Bill Holidays at Double Time instead of Time+Half
If you would like to pay your caregivers and charge your clients (if you choose to charge your clients) Double Time instead of Time+Half, follow the steps below:
- Access site settings Menu>Settings>Site Settings
- Accounting section and select the below setting:
- Select Save Settings in the Accounting Section.
NOTE: If your staff is already scheduled you will have to recalculate figures in the scheduling dashboard to reflect the site setting change. This is done by either clicking the shift and selecting Recalculate Figures or under the Utility Drawer option and selecting Bulk Action. In the Bulk action you would then select the Recalculate Figures form and fill out accordingly.
