Custom Certifications Workflow
Step 1: Creating Custom Certifications
Navigate to Menu > Staff > Custom Certifications > Select the blue edit pencil to create a new certification.
These allow the agency to create certifications based on whatever parameters they would like (e.g. Driver's License, Covid Shot, Flu Shot).
Step 2: Adding Certifications to Caregiver Profiles
Navigate to Menu > Staff > Staff Management > Click on the Staff Profile Picture > Click on the "Staff Profiles" section to add the certification.
